At Espressoself Couture, every piece is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted third-party production partners, including Printify. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT

All products are produced on demand. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed.

Please allow time for both production and shipping, as each item is individually printed and prepared for fulfillment.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

During high demand periods, drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIME

Once fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


MULTIPLE SHIPPING ORIGIN POINTS

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your local government.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.


LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

We will assist where possible to support resolution.


PRE-ORDERS & DROPS

Select collections may operate as limited drops or pre-order releases. These items may require extended production timelines, which will always be communicated at the time of purchase.
